基于FTS理念的手术室护理干预在全髋人工关节置换患者中的应用效果

Effect of Operating Room Nursing Intervention Based on FTS Concept in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的探究基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念的手术室护理在全髋人工关节置换患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年11月就诊于我院的80例全髋人工关节置换患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组行常规手术室护理,研究组行基于FTS理念的手术室护理。比较两组患者的术后恢复、髋关节功能(Harris)评分及并发症情况。结果研究组术后进食、卧床、首次下床及住院时间均低于对照组,护理后1月的Harris评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于FTS理念的手术室护理可促进全髋人工关节置换患者术后恢复,改善髋关节功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of operating room nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery( FTS) in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 40 patients. The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the study group received operating room nursing based on the FTS concept. The postoperative recovery,Harris score,and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative feeding,bedridden,first out of bed,and hospital stay of the study group were all lower than those of the control group. The Harris score at 1 month after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing based on the concept of FTS can promote postoperative recovery of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty,improve hip function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
