精细化管理在血液检验质量控制中的应用

Application of Refined Management in Blood Quality Control

目的分析精细化管理在血液检验质量控制中的应用价值。方法医院于2019年1月开始在血液检验科室质量控制管理中开展精细化管理(研究组),与2019年1月前在血液检验质量控制中开展的常规管理(参照组)进行对比分析,两组管理模式下各选择550份血液检验标本进行检验观察,分析两组管理的效果差异。结果研究组管理后的质量管理综合评分、检验人员综合素质评分、检验人员满意度评分、检验差错发生率明显优于参照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论在血液检验质量控制中实施精细化管理的价值较高,能有效提高检验的准确性,减少差错现象,提高血液检验科室管理水平,为患者临床疾病的确诊及治疗提供参考。

Objective To analyze the application value of fine management in quality control of blood test. Methods Our hospital began to carry out fine management(research group) in quality control management of blood test department in January 2019, and compared with the routine management(reference group) in quality control of blood test before January 2019. 550 blood test specimens were selected under the two management modes for inspection and observation, and the difference of the effect between the two groups was analyzed. Results The comprehensive quality management score, the comprehensive quality score of inspectors, the satisfaction score of inspectors and the incidence of inspection errors in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Fine management is of high value in quality control of blood test, which can effectively improve the accuracy of test, reduce errors, and improve the management level of blood test departments, and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with clinical diseases.
