摘要
21世纪是文化与精神的时代,工匠精神作为劳动精神在当代最突出的表现形式,是每一位社会成员都应当自觉学习的标杆精神。作为社会生活的反映与投射,工匠精神在发展的过程中形成了普适性、开放性、至善性的独特价值表征。当前培育工匠精神的实践呈现出较为复杂的态势,但有三种特征较为显著:培育工匠精神的理念正逐渐深入人心;在课程设置方面,突出表现为方式上采取阶梯式递进、内容上传统与现代并重、形式上固定与行走结合;在课外活动方面,不少学校都依托各类平台与资源开辟"第二课堂",开展了丰富的实践教育活动。但不少学校未能站在一定的高度准确把握工匠精神的重要意义,师生对工匠精神的认识不足。同时,培育工匠精神的课程设置在数量与结构上存在明显不足。学校作为培育工匠精神的主阵地,应当充分发挥其作用,形成长期化、常态化的培育态势,各级院校应建设协同培育体系:首先,推动基础教育与高等教育有效衔接,实现大中小学培育一体化;其次,实现课堂教育与实践教育有机结合,推行知行合一的培育模式;最后,促进学校教育与社会教育灵活联动,塑造良好的内外环境。
The 21 st century is an era of culture and spirit. As the most prominent manifestation of the working spirit in the contemporary era, the craftsman spirit is the benchmark spirit that every member of society should consciously learn. As a reflection and projection of social life, in the process of development, the craftsman spirit has formed a unique value characterization of universality,openness, and perfection. At present, the practice of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship presents a more complicated situation, but three characteristics are more prominent: the concept of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship is gradually gaining popularity;in terms of curriculum setting, it is prominently reflected in the use of stepwise progress in methods, traditional content and Modern emphasis is placed on the combination of formal fixation and walking. In terms of extracurricular activities, many schools rely on various platforms and resources to develop"second classrooms"and carry out rich practical education activities. However, many schools fail to accurately grasp the significance of the spirit of the craftsman from a certain height, and the teachers and students do not know enough about the spirit of the craftsman. At the same time, the number and structure of the courses for cultivating the craftsman spirit are obviously insufficient. Schools, as the main position for cultivating the craftsman spirit, should give full play to their role and form a long-term, normalized cultivation situation. Colleges and universities at all levels should build a collaborative cultivation system. First, promote the effective connection between basic education and higher education, and realize primary and secondary schools.Cultivation integration;secondly, to realize the organic combination of classroom education and practical education, to promote the cultivation model of the integration of knowledge and action;finally,to promote the flexible linkage between school education and social education, and to shape a good internal and external environment.
