摘要
目前职业教育课程体系与"中国制造2025"人才需求之间存在一定的差距,职业教育课程体系重构势在必行。职业教育必须加快学历证书和职业技能等级证书的衔接融通,实现课程体系与"中国制造2025"重点领域的有机融合;同时,针对不同类型的生源特点,分别定制课程体系,实现人才个性化培养;此外,将课程体系建设从专业平台转移到专业群平台,建立跨专业选课与学分互认机制,实现复合型人才的培养;最后,依托大数据技术追踪产业链前沿信息和发展趋势,构建课程体系动态调整机制。
There is a certain gap between the current vocational education curriculum system and the talent demand of "Made in China 2025", so it is imperative to reconstruct the vocational education curriculum system. Vocational education must speed up the integration of academic certificates and vocational skill level certificates to realize the organic integration of the curriculum system and the key fields of "Made in China 2025". At the same time, according to the characteristics of different types of students, we should customize the curriculum system respectively to realize the personalized training of talents. In addition, we should transfer the construction of the curriculum system from the professional platform to the professional group platform to establish the mechanism of cross professional course selection and credit mutual recognition, to achieve the cultivation of compound talents. Finally, track the industry chain frontier information and development trend relying on big data technology, and build a dynamic adjustment mechanism of the curriculum system.
