浅谈海上风电工程造价管理手段

Cost Management Methods for Offshore Wind Power Projects

通过对海上风电不同阶段造价管理手段的深入分析表明,海上风电项目面临的环境、地质复杂,社会因素也有影响,具体造价管控过程中应灵活运用。今后的海上风电造价管理是一个PDCA的动态管理过程,在决策、设计、发承包、施工阶段应分别选择合适的造价管理方法,不断调整优化造价管理模式。

The cost management methods for different stages of offshore wind power projects are analyzed.It shows that the environmental,geologic and social factors of offshore wind power projects are complex,which should be flexibly considered in the detailed cost control processes.The cost management of offshore wind power projects in the future should be a dynamic Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)management process.Appropriate methods should be selected respectively for the decision-making,design,contracting and construction stages,and adjusted and optimized continuously.
