摘要
传统的安全监控系统在对实验室安全进行监控时,响应时间长、安全性差。为了解决上述问题,基于扁平化指挥设计了一种新的智能实验室安全监控系统。利用采集模块、控制模块、GPRS无线模块以及电源模块设计了系统的硬件结构,在采集模块中加入门磁开关、温度传感器和烟雾传感器,选用AT89S52芯片作为GPRS无线模块中的内部芯片,在电源模块中增设了PCB板。软件程序主要设计了驱动程序和视频监控程序,利用上电复位、数据测试、数据处理和数据显示完成驱动工作,通过调节IP地址端口设定视频监控程序。为检测系统性能,与传统监控系统进行实验对比,结果表明,基于扁平化指挥设计的智能实验室安全监控系统响应时间很短、安全性能高,更适合实验室监控工作。
The traditional security monitoring system is of long response time and poor security when monitoring the security of the laboratory. In order to solve the above problems,a new intelligent laboratory security monitoring system is designed based on the flatting command. The hardware structure of the system is designed by the acquisition module,the control module,the GPRS wireless module and the power module. The gate magnetic switch,temperature sensor and smoke sensor are added to the acquisition module. The AT89 S52 chip is taken as the internal chip of the GPRS wireless module. The PCB board is added to the power module. The software program is mainly composed of the driving and video monitoring programs. The driving work is completed by power-on reset,data test,data processing and data display and the video monitor program is set by adjusting the IP address port. In order to test the performance of the system,the contrast experiment between the proposed system and the traditional monitoring system was performed. The results show that the intelligent laboratory safety monitoring system based on the flatting command design is of short response time and high safety performance,which is more suitable for laboratory monitoring.
