摘要
随着国家能源政策的调整,热电联产、节能减排已成为电力行业的一项责任及任务。300 MW和600 MW级大容量机组以其效率高、煤耗低,更利于节能环保,正逐渐成为主力供热机型。使用背压汽轮发电机组代替减温减压器,进入热网交换系统进行供热,一方面降低了供暖设备投资,另一方面最大程度利用余热,提高电厂的经济效益。以实例分析现场安装调试过程中异步发电机空载启动及并列启动情况,根据录波分析上述情况对厂用电系统影响,并提出相应措施,为类似工作的开展提供参考。
With national energy policy adjustment,cogeneration,energy saving and emission reduction has become a greater responsibility of the power industry.The 300 MW and 600 MW large-capacity units are gradually becoming the main stream models for heat production for their high efficiency,low coal consumption and higher compliance to energy conservation and environmental protection.The back pressure steam turbine generator set replaces the heat reducer for interfacing the heating grid exchanging system.This design on one hand,reduces the investment of heating equipment.On the other hand,the value of the waste heat is maximized to improve the economic benefit of the power plant.The zero start and side-by-side start of the asynchronous generator associated with the system illustrated above is detailly examined based on the field installation and debugging process of actual examples.The influence of the above situation on the power supply system is analyzed according to the recorded wave.The corresponding measures is proposed which provides guidance for the development of similar work.
