摘要
针对某内置式180 kW永磁同步电机,运用Ansys Maxwell仿真软件,建立了电机的二维有限元仿真模型。在空载、额定负载、弱磁三种工况下分别进行了仿真分析,得到了各工况下电机的电磁性能数据,验证了永磁电机电磁设计的合理性。针对交直轴电感参数的计算,在瞬态场中采用增量法,计算得到了电机各相电感随电角度变化的曲线,然后再通过坐标变换得到电机的交直轴电感随电角度的变化曲线,并对各工况下的电感曲线进行了对比分析。
For a 180 kW interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,the two-dimensional finite element model of the motor is established by using ANSYS Maxwell simulation software.The simulation analysis is carried out under three working conditions of no-load,load and weak magnetic.The electromagnetic performance data of the motor under each working condition are obtained,which verifies the rationality of the electromagnetic design of the permanent magnet motor.In the transient field,the incremental method is used to calculate the curve of the inductance of each phase of the motor with the electric angle,and then the curve of the inductance of the direct-axis and quadrature-axis of the motor with the electric angle is obtained through the coordinate transformation,and the inductance curve under each working condition is compared and analyzed.
