摘要
双季稻稻草还田难是南方双季稻区机械化生产过程中遇到的难题之一。双季稻生产具有季节性紧、稻草还田量大、耕作难的特点,尤其早稻收获、晚稻整地和晚稻插秧3大作业环节紧密衔接,环环相扣。采用传统机械作业时,水稻收获和稻草还田需分开进行,费时费力。针对现有技术的不足,对联合收割机进行改进和加装配套装置,改进的联合作业装置具有一次完成水稻收获、稻草粉碎、稻草全田均匀抛散、腐秆剂或根瘤菌喷洒、绿肥种子撒播或肥料撒施的多种功能,通过早晚稻不同的利用方式,有效解决了双季稻稻草还田难的问题。
The difficulty of returning rice straw into the field is one of the important problems in the course of rice mechanical harvest development in double cropping paddy field due to its tight season,large amount of rice straw returning into the field,and difficult cultivation,especially the three major operation links of early rice harvest,late rice land preparation and late rice transplanting have the characteristics of strong seasonality and short-term adaptability.Rice harvesting and straw returning into the field are carried out separately in traditional techniques,which is time-consuming and laborious.In view of the shortcomings of the existing technology,the combined harvester is improved and equipped with supporting devices.The improved combined operation device has a variety of functions such as rice harvest,crushing rice straw,scattering rice straw evenly in the whole field,spraying straw rotting agent or rhizobia,spreading green manure seed and fertilizer at one time.Through different utilization ways in early and late rice fields,the problem of rice straw returning into the field is effectively solved.
