高校共青团第二课堂供给主体研究 被引量:4

摘要 对2018年全国50所使用共青团“第二课堂成绩单”网络管理系统(客户端称“到梦空间”)的高校相关数据进行分析显示,目前高校共青团第二课堂供给主体数量充足、结构合理,具有较强的吸引力和凝聚力,但指导教师配备、活跃程度方面呈现不平衡状态,活动质量和组织管理水平普遍不高,供给主体合力分散与第二课堂活动科学化系统化建设要求不适应,班级团支部活力不足与共青团基础组织的定位不匹配,校院学生会组织吸引力凝聚力较低与学生主体组织的定位不符合,供给主体组织管理水平不高与人才培养主体地位不适应,第二课堂活动数量、质量满足不了广大同学全面发展的需要。基于此,笔者提出着力建设党委领导下共青团主导的高校共青团第二课堂供给主体体系,着力“建强建活”第二课堂供给主体,着力提升第二课堂供给质量和效益等三个方面对策建议,以期更好地加强高校共青团第二课堂供给体系建设,服务学生的全面发展与成长成才。 With analysis and display of the relevant data of 50 universities in China in 2018 by using the Second Classroom Transcript network management system,the Second Class of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities nowadays has sufficient supply subjects and reasonable structure,which has strong attraction and cohesion.However,there is an imbalance in the teachers staffing and activity level.The quality of activities and the level of organization and management are generally not high.The joint efforts of the supply main body and the scientific and systematic construction of the second classroom activities are not suitable and lack of vitality.The quantity and quality of the second class activities cannot meet the needs of the comprehensive development of the majority of students.Based on these problems,the paper proposes to build the main supply system of the second class of the Communist Youth League under the leadership of the Party Committee,and focus on building strong and vigorous the second classroom supply main body and improving the quality and efficiency of the second classroom in order to better strengthen the construction of the second classroom supply system of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and serve the overall development and growth of students.
