缓冲托辊胶圈安装工艺优化

摘要 为提升缓冲托辊外表面阻燃胶圈的安装效率,依据胶圈安装技术要求,对其安装工艺进行了优化。在分析了缓冲托辊结构特点及原有胶圈安装工艺的不足后,设计了一种以液压油缸为主运动件、配以可换导套及压套的新型胶卷安装机;并详细介绍了该设备的结构原理,以及优化后的工艺特点。实践表明,该设备可有效解决人工装配工艺劳动强度大、装配质量较差的问题,能够满足矿井生产需要,具有提升岗位自动化程度、降低成本、系统安全性高等特点。 In order to improve the installation efficiency of the flame-retardant rubber ring on the outer surface of the buffer idler,the installation process was optimized according to the technical requirements of the rubber ring installation.By analyzing the structural characteristics of the buffer idler and the shortcomings of the original installation technology of the rubber ring,a new type of rubber ring installation machine was designed,which is mainly composed of hydraulic oil cylinder and equipped with replaceable guide sleeve and pressing sleeve.This paper introduces the structure and principle of the equipment in detail,as well as the optimized process characteristics.The practice shows that the equipment can effectively solve the problems of high labor intensity and poor assembly quality of manual assembly process,meet the production needs of the mine,and has the characteristics of high post automation,low cost and high system safety.
