摘要
近红外光谱检测技术因其独特的技术优势在玉米领域中开展了广泛的应用研究。首先对近红外检测原理及分析方法进行了介绍,阐述了在光谱预处理、波段优选及校正建模过程中的常用算法,然后介绍了目前近红外光谱技术在玉米杂交纯度检测、单倍体鉴别、品种鉴定以及成分检测方面的应用现状,着重说明了在定性和定量分析中取得的成果,最后就目前应用研究中的一些共性问题进行了总结,包括环境设备、样本选取、数据处理方式等因素对预测模型的精度和传递性的影响,并针对这些问题提出了后续研究展望,以期望近红外光谱技术在玉米品种检测中取得更大的进展。
Near infrared spectroscopy technology had been widely applied in the field of corn because of its unique technical advantages.Firstly,the principles and analysis methods of near infrared spectroscopy were introduced,and the common algorithms in spectral pretreatment,band optimization and calibration modeling were elaborated.Then,the application status of near infrared spectroscopy was introduced in corn hybridization purity detection,haploid identification,variety identification and component detection,and the achievements were highlighted in qualitative and quantitative analysis.Finally,some common problems in the current application research were summarized,including the influence of environmental equipment,sample selection,data processing methods and other factors on the accuracy and transmission of the prediction model,and future research prospects were put forward in order to make greater progress in corn variety detection by near infrared spectroscopy.
