摘要 既有建筑节能改造是落实节能减排国策、促进可持续发展战略的重点内容。该文分析说明了既有建筑改造技术体系,并结合重庆市绿色建筑发展趋势、建筑改造实践经验和"料、法、环"配套能力,重点对建筑外墙、外窗、屋面、遮阳、建筑空间、可再生能源利用等既有建筑改造适宜技术进行了分析,以期为重庆市既有建筑绿色节能改造工作的开展提供参考。 The energy-efficient reconstruction of existing buildings is the key practice of implementing the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduc-tion and the sustainable development strategy.In this paper,the renovation technology system of existing buildings was expounded,and combined with the develop-ment trend of green buildings in Chongqing,the reconstruction experience,and the supporting capacity of forming a complete set of"material,method and environ-ment",some suitable technologies for building reconstruction were particularly analyzed,including those for building external wall,external window,roof,shading,ar-chitectural space,renewable energy utilization,etc..It aims to provide some references for the future energy-efficient reconstruction of existing buildings in Chongqing.
