企业自行监测开展现状及对策建议

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Self Monitoring in Enterprises

企业自行监测是企业了解污染物排污情况的重要手段,是企业的责任和义务,《中华人民共和国环境保护法》《企业事业单位环境信息公开办法》等法律法规从不同层面对自行监测及信息公开提出了要求,但是企业自行监测及信息公开仍存在一些问题,本文对企业自行监测的现状、存在问题进行了分析,为管理部门进一步推动并规范企业自行监测提出对策建议。

The self-monitoring of enterprises is an important means for enterprises to understand the situation of pollutant discharge,as well as the responsibilities and obligations of enterprises.Laws and regulations such as the environmental protection law of the people's Republic of China and the measures for the disclosure of environmental information of enterprises and institutions put forward requirements for self-monitoring and information disclosure from different levels.However,there are still some problems in the selfmonitoring and information disclosure of enterprises,which is of great importance to enterprises This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of self-monitoring,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the management department to further promote and standardize the self-monitoring of enterprises.
