聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯材料中低应变率动态拉伸力学性能 被引量:5

摘要 为研究(PC/ABS)的动态力学性能,利用静力材料试验机和高速液压伺服材料试验机,于常温环境中开展了PC与ABS混合比为5;5的PC/ABS材料在准静态和中低应变率下的拉伸试验,得到了材料在应变率为0.002、0.017、0.12、1.2、12.8 s^-1和130 s^-1时的真实应力-应变曲线,结果显示该材料具有应变软、硬化效应,并表现出明显的应变率敏感特性。基于试验数据拟合Johnson-Cook本构模型参数,建立了PC/ABS材料的动态本构方程,拟合结果与试验结果较为符合,能较好地表征PC/ABS在塑性段的动态拉伸力学行为。 To study the dynamic mechanical properties of polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(PC/ABS),tensile experiments of PC/ABS material with 5:5 mixing ratio of PC to ABS under quasi-static state and medium and low strain rates in normal temperature environment were developed by using the static material testing machine and the high velocity hydraulic servo-testing machine.The true stress-strain curves of the material at the strain rate of 0.002,0.017,0.12,1.2,12.8,130 s^-1 were obtained.The dynamic constitutive equation of PC/ABS material was established by fitting the parameters of Johnson-Cook constitutive model based on experimental data.The results show that the material has strain softening and hardening effects,and exhibits obvious strain rate sensitivity properties.The fitting results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and can characterize the dynamic tensile mechanical behavior of PC/ABS in plastic segment well.
