茶树精油对草莓果实采后灰霉病发生的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以‘红颜’草莓(Fragaria×ananassa Duch.‘Benihoppe’)为试材,分析了0.05、0.10、0.50、1.00和2.00 mL/L的茶树精油对草莓果实采后灰霉病发生的影响,以及草莓果实发病规律、果实表面菌丝生长情况和果实内源茉莉酸含量,同时测定失重率、维生素C、还原糖、可滴定酸、过氧化氢(H 2O 2)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)等草莓品质指标,并且分析了0.10 mL/L茶树精油处理后果实品质和抗病相关基因表达量的变化。结果表明,0.10 mL/L茶树精油抑制草莓果实采后灰霉病发生效果最好,能增加果实内源茉莉酸含量,抑制果实表面灰霉菌菌丝的正常发育,减少草莓失重率,抑制草莓果实还原糖、维生素C等营养指标的损失,提高草莓SOD、CAT活性,降低H 2O 2含量;促进了抗病相关转录因子FaMYB10、FaMYB44.2、FaPR4、FaWRKY1、FaWRKY25、FaWRKY33和FaWRKY70的表达。 In this study,strawberry variety Fragaria×ananassa Duch.‘Benihoppe’were selected as experimental material,the effects of different concentrations of 0.05,0.10,0.50,1.00 mL/L and 2.00 mL/L of tea tree oil on the incidence of postharvest B.cinerea in strawberry fruits were analyzed,and the regularity of the incidence of disease,the growth of mycelium on the surface of the fruits and the content of endogenous jasmonic acid in the fruits were determined.Meantime,quality index of strawberry,such as weight loss rate,vitamin C,reducing sugar,titratable acid,hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA),and the changes of gene expression related to fruit quality and disease resistance were also analyzed after treatment with 0.10 mL/L tea tree oil.The results showed that 0.10 mL/L tea tree oil had the best inhibition effect on postharvest B.cinerea incidence in strawberry fruit,which could induce the increase of endogenous jasmonic acid content,inhibit the normal development of B.cinerea mycelium on the fruit surface,reduce the weight loss rate of strawberry,inhibit the loss of reducing sugar,vitamin C and other nutritional indexes of strawberry fruit,increase the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase,reduce the content of H 2O 2,and promote the disease-resistant genes expression levels of transcription factors FaMYB10,FaMYB44.2,FaPR4,FaWRKY1,FaWRKY25,FaWRKY33 and FaWRKY70.
