综采工作面过断层顶板破坏机理及控制技术 被引量:23

摘要 针对工作面过断层时遇到的冒顶和煤壁片帮等问题,以麻家梁矿14207综采工作面为工程背景,通过建立工作面断层区顶板的弹性深梁力学模型,对其顶板应力分布规律进行分析,据此提出深浅分带刚柔耦合注浆的围岩控制技术。并利用FLAC^3D数值模拟软件对所提控制方案进行计算分析,结合现场监测数据进行对比判定。研究表明:工作面顶板破断主要由有效极限剪应力引起的;模拟中围岩塑性区范围和顶板下沉量明显减小;工程实测顶板位移量从38cm减小到7cm,下沉量减小81.6%。深浅分带刚柔耦合注浆围岩控制技术可以有效的解决冒顶和片帮问题。 In view of the roof caving and rib spalling when the working face passes through the fault,the 14207 fully mechanized mining face of Majialiang Mine is taken as the background.By establishing the mechanical model of the elastic deep beam of the roof in the fault zone of the working face,stress distribution law of the roof is analyzed,and the surrounding rock control with rigid-flexible coupling grouting for deep and shallow zone is proposed.FLAC^3Dis used to calculate the proposed scheme combining with on-site monitoring data for comparison and determination.The research shows that the roof failure is mainly caused by the effective ultimate shear stress;the plastic zone range and the roof subsidence of the surrounding rock are obviously reduced in the simulation;the measured displacement of the roof is reduced from 38 cm to 7 cm(by81.6%).The surrounding rock control with rigid-flexible coupling grouting for deep and shallow zone can solve the roof caving and rib spalling.
