新时期传染科护士的职业危害及防护研究进展

Research progress in occupational hazards and protection of nurses in infectious diseases in the new era

传染科是传染病患者较为集中的场所,工作环境特殊,加上服务对象疾病的特殊性,在操作过程中若是未注意个人的防护,出现职业危害的风险较大,且会影响护士的身心健康。新时期医学科学技术的发展以及医疗模式的转变,导致医院传染科的格局出现了变化,传染科护士面临的职业危害比医院其他科室更高。因此临床应总结导致新时期传染科护士出现职业危害的危险因素,并探讨相应的防护对策,以降低职业危害发生率。本文对新时期传染科护士的职业危害及防护对策进行综述。

The infectious department is the place where infectious disease patients are concentrated,the working environment is special,and the particularity of the disease of the service object.If personal protection is not paid attention to during the operation,the risk of occupational hazards is greater and the physical and mental health of nurses will be affected.The development of medical science and technology and the change of medical mode in the new era have led to changes in the pattern of infectious department in hospitals.Nurses in infectious department face higher occupational hazards than other departments in hospitals.Therefore,clinical practice should summarize the risk factors leading to occupational hazards of infectious nurses in the new era and explore the corresponding protective measures to reduce the incidence of occupational hazards.This article reviews the occupational hazards of infectious nurses in the new era and the protective measures.
