摘要
针对化肥工业中大型尿素装置的高压氨泵机械密封在使用中存在的问题,提出了基于多场耦合数值仿真方法设计的高压氨泵机械密封的全新技术方案。相较于原机械密封,新机械密封在泄漏量、温升功率等关键技术参数上均有大幅提高,可以确保机械密封安全稳定地运行。可为类似装置的机械密封设计提供有益的参考。
For the problems existed in use of mechanical seal for high-pressure ammonia pump used in large plant in fertilizer industry,a new technical solution based on multi-field coupling numerical simulation was presented.Compared with the original seal,the new mechanical seal is greatly improved in terms of leakage,temperature rise,power and other key technical parameters,which can ensure the safe and stable operation of mechanical seal.The method present may be referenced for mechanical seal design in similar devices.
