逆全球化背景下中国对欧盟经贸合作的新特征及对策思考

New Characteristics and Countermeasures of China’s Economic and Trade Cooperation with the EU under the Background of Anti-globalization

逆全球化已成为阻碍当前全球经济发展的重要力量,中美经贸摩擦使中国外贸发展蒙上了一层阴影,中国面对复杂的国际环境,外贸政策也在不断调整。本文着重研究在逆全球化背景下中欧经贸出现的新变化、新特征以及存在的摩擦,从中国视角探讨如何调整中欧的合作方式、合作途径,提升中欧合作的可持续性,以期使中欧双方在逆全球化中将风险损失将至最低。

Anti-globalization has become an important force hindering the current global economic development, Sino-us economic and trade friction has cast a shadow over the development of China’s foreign trade, China is facing a complex international environment, foreign trade policy is also adjusting.This paper will study the new changes and new characteristics of China-EU economic and trade under the background of anti-globalization as well as the existing frictions. From the perspective of China, this paper will discuss how to adjust the cooperation methods and approaches between China and Europe, and improve the sustainable development path of China-EU cooperation, so as to minimize the risks and losses between China and Europe in the context of anti-globalization.
