糖尿病中医疗效评价PRO量表的反应度研究

Responsiveness of diabetes PRO scale of the evaluation for the efficacy of TCM

目的:考核糖尿病中医疗效评价患者报告结局(PRO)量表的反应度。方法:以550例糖尿病患者及30名非糖尿病患者为调查对象,填写完成糖尿病中医疗效评价PRO量表。本研究将调查人群按有无糖尿病、有无糖尿病并发症、不同糖化血红蛋白控制情况及糖尿病患者12周前后进行分组,分别对量表生理、心理、社会领域及总分作比较。结果:非糖尿病组的各领域得分及总分显著低于糖尿病组(P<0.01)。有糖尿病慢性并发症在生理领域及总分得分显著高于有慢性并发症患者(P<0.05),在社会及心理领域差异无统计学意义。血糖控制佳的糖尿病患者在生理、社会领域及总分得分低于血糖控制差的患者(P<0.05),在心理领域差异无统计学意义。糖尿病患者12周前后2次量表评分比较显示,糖化血红蛋白好转的同时,量表的各领域及总分评分同步下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病中医疗效评价PRO量表临床反应度较好,适合在临床疗效评价中使用。

Objective:The main purpose of this paper is through this research to evaluate the responsibility of the PRO scale.Methods:A total of 550 diabetic patients and 30 non-diabetic patients completed the PRO scale.In this study,the investigated population was divided into groups according to whether people were suffering from DM,whether the patients have DM complications,different HbA1c control conditions,and DM patients before and after 3 months.At last,we will give a pertinent evaluation to responsiveness of the PRO scale according to the result of the study.Results:The scores of non diabetic group were lower than those of diabetic patients(P<0.01).The score of chronic complications of diabetes in physiological field and total score was higher than that in patients with complications(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in social and psychological field.There was significant difference between the patients with good glycemic control and those with poor glycemic control in physiological,social and total scores(P<0.05),but no significant difference in psychological.The results of the two scales before and after 12 weeks showed that the score of each field and total score of the scale decreased simultaneously with the improvement of HbA1c,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the scientific assessment,the performance of diabetes PRO scale has been proved to have good responsibility.
