摘要
旨在研究基础日粮中添加不同水平的斜发沸石对苏淮育肥猪血液生化指标、肠道形态的影响,为斜发沸石在苏淮猪生产中的应用提供数据参考。选择体重(50±2)kg、健康的苏淮阉公猪40头,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组共4个处理组。试验预饲期10 d,所有猪自由采食对照组基础日粮;正试期64 d,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ至Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的斜发沸石。结果:随斜发沸石水平增加,血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、肠道黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白(sIgA)和肠道黏膜IgG含量升高。随斜发沸石水平增加,血清碱性磷酸酶含量升高;血清甘油三酯含量先升高后降低。随斜发沸石水平增加,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度含量升高;红细胞分布宽度变异系数降低。随斜发沸石水平增加,十二指肠隐窝深度降低;空肠绒毛高度和空肠段绒毛高度/隐窝深度有升高的趋势。试验表明,在各组日粮消化能和粗蛋白均满足且一致的情况下,添加适宜比例斜发沸石对改善猪的机体血液及肠道免疫功能有积极作用。综合考虑以上检测指标变化规律及斜发沸石添加成本,建议斜发沸石的适宜添加比例为1.0%。
The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of clinoptilolite on the growth performance,the carcass traits and meat quality of Suhuai pigs,and to identify the appropriate level of clinoptilolite addition to the diet for Suhuai pigs.Forty Suhuai pigs weighing averagely(50±2)kg were selected randomly and divided into 4 treatments(the control group,and groupsⅠ-Ⅲ)with 10 duplicates for per treatment.The pre-feeding period of the trial was 10 days and all the pigs were fed with diets with the same ad libitum.After this period,the pigs of the control group were fed with the basal diet,and the pigs of groupsⅠ-Ⅲwere fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%clinoptilolite,respectively,for 64 days.On the 65th day,all the pigs were slaughtered to collect samples of blood and intestinal mucosa.The results were as follows:With the increase of clinoptilolite supplementation,linear increase was presented in the blood IgG,and intestinal mucosa sIgA of the pigs,but linear and quadratic increase in their intestinal mucosa IgG;alkaline phosphatase increased linearly and quadratically,and triglyceride increased first and then decreased quadratically;the average erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration increased linearly and quadratically,and the coefficient of variation of erythrocyte distribution width decreased linearly and quadratically;the duodenal recess depth increased linearly and quadratically,the jejunal villus height increased linearly,and the jejunal villus height/recess depth also increased linearly.To sum up,appropriate supplementation of clinoptilolite to the diet of Suhuai pigs has a positive effect on improving their blood and intestinal immune function and recommended supplementation of clinoptilolite here was 1%.
