“双一流”战略下辽宁省一流体育学科建设的联动机制

Joint-action mechanism of Liaoning Province s first rate sports discipline under the“double first-rate”strategy

随着中国社会经济的快速发展,为满足国家与社会的需求,国务院于2015年10月24日印发《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》,“双一流”战略由此启动,标志着我国高等教育迈入了新的发展阶段。沈阳体育学院是辽宁省重点建设的国内高水平大学,其体育学是辽宁省重点建设高校一流学科。建设辽宁省一流体育学科,对于提升辽宁省的体育发展水平具有十分重要的意义。通过分析辽宁省体育学科建设的现状以及困境,试图研究辽宁省一流体育学科建设的联动机制并提出具体举措。依托辽宁省体育强省和新时代辽宁振兴,全面推进高水平大学建设,科学构建高等教育的体育学科体系,充分发挥体育院校特色,扩大体育学科优势,形成冰雪特色鲜明以及国内知名的一流体育学科。

With the rapid development of China s social economy,in order to meet the demands of the country and society,the printing and distribution of the overall plan for promoting the construction of world-lass universities and disciplines in October 24,2015 represents the initiation of the“double first-rate”strategy,which marks that China s higher education has entered a new stage of development.Shenyang Sport University is a domestic high-level university of key contruction in Liaoning province,and the specialty of sports science is the university s first-rate discipline of key construction in Liaoning province as well.It is of great significance to improve the level of sports development in Liaoning Province to build the first-rate sports discipline in Liaoning Province.Through analysis of the present status and dilemma of Liaoning sports discipline construction,an attempt to investigate the joint-action mechanism of Liaoning first-rate sports discipline construction was made in this paper.Relying on the Liaoning s strong foundation in sports and the revitalization of Liaoning in the new era,the high-evel university construction should be comprehensively promoted,the sports discipline system of higher education should be scientifically established,the characteristics of sports colleges should be brought into full play,and the advantages of sports disciplines should be expanded in order to form domestic famous first-rate sports disciplines with distinctive ice-snow sports characteristics.
