益生元在消化道健康中的应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 益生元可以被人和动物体内有益微生物选择性利用,起到调节肠道菌群的最佳平衡的作用。益生元和益生菌的组合可提高益生菌候选菌株的存活率,为宿主消化道健康带来更大的益处。文章针对益生元的功效,特别是其对消化道菌群的调节作用进行综述,以期为益生元的精准应用提供参考。
