摘要
装配式建筑具有绿色高效、质量高等优点,近年来发展迅速,但因发展不够完善,安全管理存在风险.为此,本文从装配式建筑全过程入手,对其安全风险影响因素进行分析,建立了安全风险评价指标体系.提出了采用DEMATEL法计算指标权重间的相互影响、应用博弈论计算组合权重的方法,利用云模型对装配式建筑安全风险进行了评价.把建立的模型应用到青岛市某装配式建筑安全风险评价中,结果表明,人员的技术水平和安全意识、构件临时支撑、构件连接技术、作业环境存在较高的安全风险,需采取相应的措施以降低安全风险发生的概率,验证了模型的可行性.
In recent years,because of the advantages of green efficiency and high quality,prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly.However,due to imperfect development,there are risks in safety management.Therefore,starting from the whole process of prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the safety risk and established the safety risk evaluation index system.DEMATEL method was adopted to calculate the mutual influence of index weights and game theory was applied to calculate the combined weights.Cloud model was used to evaluate the safety risk of prefabricated buildings.The model was applied to safety risk evaluation of a prefabricated building in Qingdao,the results showed that the personnel’s technical level and safety consciousness,temporary support of components,component connection technology,the working environment existed higher security risks,so it is necessary to take corresponding measures in order to reduce the incidence of the security risks.It verified the validity of the model.
