护士艾滋病职业暴露防护知识及行为调查

Survey on Knowledge and Behavior of Nurses on Occupational Exposure to AIDS

目的了解护士艾滋病职业暴露防护知识及行为,探讨艾滋病职业防护措施。方法采用不记名问卷调查方式,随机抽取该院140名护士进行问卷调查了解艾滋病职业暴露防护知识及行为。结果所有护士基本掌握艾滋病相关知识,79.2%的护士未接受过艾滋病职业暴露防护知识及行为专题培训,21.5%的护士曾经接诊过艾滋病患者;35.6%的护士在职业暴露后未采取正确处理方法;23.5%的护士有护理艾滋病患者意愿;14.2%的护士表示身边有人发生过艾滋病职业暴露。结论护士对艾滋病职业防护知识了解不全面,防护行为不够正确,需要加强艾滋病职业暴露防护知识的培训。

Objective To understand the knowledge and behaviors of nurses against occupational exposure to AIDS, and to discuss measures for occupational protection against AIDS. Methods Anonymous questionnaire survey was used to randomly select 140 nurses in our hospital to conduct a questionnaire survey to understand the knowledge and behavior of AIDS occupational exposure protection. Results All nurses had a basic knowledge of AIDS. 79.2% of the nurses had not received training on the knowledge and behavior of AIDS occupational exposure protection. 21.5% of the nurses had received AIDS patients;35.6% of the nurses did not take corrective measures after occupational exposure;23.5% of nurses had the willingness to care for AIDS patients;14.2% of nurses said that someone around them had had occupational exposure to AIDS.Conclusion Nurses do not have a comprehensive understanding of AIDS occupational protection knowledge and their protective behaviors are not correct. They need to strengthen their training on AIDS occupational exposure protection knowledge.
