摘要
作为一种原核微生物,螺原体个体微小、形态多为螺旋状且不含细胞壁,大多存在于植物、昆虫中。近些年发现一种新型螺原体,会造成中华绒螯蟹的"颤抖病",且对其他水生甲壳动物都表现出广泛的侵染性,如克氏原螯虾。于此,寻找一种反应灵敏的定量方法防治中华绒螯蟹"颤抖病"成为当前的研究热点。明确螺原体在克氏原螯虾体内的增殖规律,能够完善水生甲壳动物螺原体疾病的监管,也将有助于其他淡水甲壳类动物螺原体流行病学的研究。
As a prokaryotic microorganism, spiroplasma is small, spiral in shape and does not contain cell wall, and mostly exists in plants and insects. In recent years, a new type of spiroplasma has been found, which can cause "trembling disease" of Chinese mitten crab and show extensive infection to other aquatic crustaceans, such as Procambarus clarkii. Therefore, to find a sensitive quantitative method to control tremor disease of Eriocheir sinensis has become the current research focus. Understanding the proliferation rule of spiroplasma in Procambarus clarkii can improve the supervision of spiroplasma diseases in aquatic crustaceans and will also contribute to the epidemiological study of spiroplasma in other freshwater crustaceans.
