新鲜异体角膜基质透镜移植治疗角膜溃疡的临床观察

Clinical efficacy of fresh allogeneic corneal stromal lenticules transplantation on corneal ulcer

目的评价新鲜的异体角膜基质透镜移植术在角膜溃疡治疗中的临床效果。方法对2015年10月至2018年6月该院16例(16眼)未穿孔角膜溃疡患者进行病灶清除联合新鲜异体角膜基质透镜移植术,观察其临床效果。结果16例(16眼)病情均有效控制。后期随访中,溃疡愈合良好,植片稳定存活,角膜上皮光滑,角膜透明度明显改善。结论角膜溃疡病灶清除联合新鲜的异体角膜基质透镜移植术是治疗角膜溃疡安全、有效的方法。

【Objective】To evaluate the efficacy of corneal focus debridement combined with fresh allogeneic corneal stromal lenticules transplantation for the treatment of corneal ulcer.【Methods】Sixteen eyes of 16 cases with imperforation corneal ulcer underwent cornea focus debridement combined with fresh allogeneic corneal stromal lenticules transplantation during October 2015 to June 2018.The treatment effects were observed.【Results】The disease of all the cases were controlled effectively.The ulcer healed well,the graft survived stably,the epithelial was smooth and the transparency of cornea was improved significantly during the late follow-up period.【Conclusion】Corneal focus debridement combined with fresh allogeneic corneal stromal lenticules transplantation is a safe and effective treatment for corneal ulcer.
