摘要
大学生创新能力培养是一项系统工程,实验实践教学的实施和评价是其中的重要环节。华东理工大学分子生物学教研组以布鲁姆教育目标体系为指导,构建了包括过程评价、结果评价和实践创新能力评价三个模块的分子生物学实验综合考评体系。该考评体系通过在两个教学周期中的实施,实现了对学生全方位的训练、考核和综合评价,从而有力提升了生物科学和生物技术专业学生的综合能力和科学素养,在创新型人才培养方面发挥了积极的作用。
The cultivation of college students’ innovation ability is a systematic project, where the implementation and evaluation of experiment and practice teaching are the key points. The molecular biology teaching group of East China University of Science and Technology established a comprehensive evaluation system for Molecular Biology experiments, which includes process evaluation, result evaluation and practical innovation ability evaluation. Through two years of implementation, the full practice and comprehensive evaluation of students have been realized, which has effectively improved the integrated ability and scientific literacy of students majoring in biological science and biotechnology. The system played a positive role in the cultivation of innovative talents.
