摘要
为提高汽车前排座椅的装配线平衡率,建立基于MODAPTS的工时测算系统,分析装配工序的标准作业时间。以装配线平衡率、工位负荷率和平滑性指数等多重因子为评价指标,对装配流水线上耗时且频繁的动作进行优化,同时针对瓶颈工序采用最小作业重排法分解重排。利用Plant Simulation仿真分析方法验证改善前后的效果。研究表明,应用MODAPTS法预定标准工时并优化动作,可使装配线平衡率得到明显提高,同时规范操作动作,减少了工人疲劳度。
In order to improve the assembly line balance rate of car front seats,a MODAPTS-based balanced research man-hour measurement system was established to analyze the standard operating time of the assembly process.Taking the multiple factors such as assembly line balance rate,work load rate and smoothness index as evaluation indexes,the time-consuming and frequent actions on assembly line are optimized.Using Plant Simulation analysis method to verify the effect before and after improvement.The results show that the method of MODAPTS can improve the balance rate of assembly line,regulate the operation and reduce the fatigue of workers.
