摘要
儿童过敏性紫癜是免疫复合物沉积的系统性小血管炎,可累及皮肤、胃肠道、肾脏和关节,因此,治疗方案也因累及的器官和严重程度而不同。本文针对不同类型过敏性紫癜的治疗方法的最新研究进展进行综述。
Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children is a systemic vasculitis with immune complex deposition.It involves skin,gastrointestinal tract,kidney and joint.The treatment varies according to the involvement of organs and severity of the disease.The update of the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children is reviewed.
