摘要
目的探讨首发青少年抑郁症与血清甲状腺激素水平的相关性。方法将82例首发青少年抑郁症患者设定为病例组,70例健康青少年设定为对照组。比较两组患者的血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平,并用HAMD-24量表对病例组患者进行评定。结果病例组患者的FT3、T3和T4水平低于对照组,TSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05);男性病例组患者T3、T4水平低于男性对照组(P<0.05),女性病例组患者FT3、FT4、T3、T4水平低于女性对照组,TSH水平高于女性对照组(P<0.05);女性病例组患者TSH水平高于男性病例组(P<0.05),FT3水平低于男性病例组(P<0.05);病例组患者FT3水平与绝望感呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论青少年抑郁症的发病可能与甲状腺激素水平变化相关。FT3水平可能是青少年抑郁症患者的生物学标记。
Objective To investigate the correlation between adolescents with first-episode depression and serum thyroid hormones. Methods 82 adolescents with first-episode depreesion were assigned into the case group and 70 healthy adolescents were allocated to the control group. The serum level of TSH,T3,T4,FT3 and FT4 of the two groups were compared,and the patients from the case group were assessed by the HAMD-24 Scale. Results The serum level of FT3,T3,T4 of the case group were lower than that of the control group while the former’s TSH were higher than the latter’s(P<0.05). The male patients from the case group had a lower serum level of T3,T4 than their counterparts in the control group(P<0.05)while the female patients from the case group had a lower serum level of FT3,FT4,T3,T4 and a higher serum level of TSH than their counterparts in the control group(P<0.05). The female patients from the case group had a higher serum level of TSH and a lower serum level of FT3 than the male patients from the case group(P<0.05). The patients from the case group’s serum level of FT3 had a positive correlation with their feelings of despair. Conclusion Adolescents with first-episode depression may be relevant with the serum level of thyroid hormones. The serum level of FT3 may be the biomarker of the adolescent patients caught in depression.
