摘要
通过ANSYS FLUENT软件对圆管内的石蜡受热融化的相变传热过程进行计算分析,结果表明,传热过程中因为自然对流的存在而具有非线性特性;采用时间序列法和相轨迹图法对流动非线性分析,结果表明,流速由零突增然后再经过一段的无规律振荡后最终逐渐趋向于稳定保持不变。
The phase change heat transfer process of paraffin in the round tube was calculated and analyzed by ANSYS FLUENT. The results show that the heat transfer process has nonlinear characteristics due to the existence of natural convection. Using the time series method and the phase trajectory method to analyze the flow nonlinearity, the results show that the flow rate increases from zero, and after a period of irregular oscillation, it tends to remain stable.
