摘要
采用比较研究方法,对国际四所典型远程教育机构的学习支持服务标准进行对比分析。研究表明,"以学习者为中心"的远程学习支持服务理念已获得普遍共识;各国际远程教育机构对学习支持服务标准体系的设计不尽相同,但基本都将"学习辅导""学习技能培养""技术支持""咨询服务"和"监控与反馈"这几项因素作为核心指标。建议:基于标准提高远程学习支持服务质量;结合远程教育教学实践,选取最佳模式,设计出符合本区域或本教育机构教学所需的学习支持服务标准。
Using comparative research methods, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the learning support service standards of four typical international distance education institutions. The research shows that learner-centered is the education principle for open and distance education. The design of learning support service standard system in the four international distance education institutions is different, but the core indicators are "learning guidance", "learning skills training", "technical support", "consulting service" and "monitoring and feedback". Suggestions: Improving distance learning support service quality based on standards;Combining with the teaching practice of distance education to select the best mode to design the standard of distance learning support service which meets the needs of teaching in the local areas or the education institutions.
