新工科背景下应用型本科物联网应用人才创新培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Innovative Training Mode of Application-oriented Undergraduate Internet of Things Application Tal⁃ents under the Background of New Engineering

在新工科背景下,物联网人才特点呈现跨学科,多领域融合的特点,需要应用型本科人才培养出适应市场需求的宽口径人才。本文首先分析了当前物联网应用人才的培养现状,再依据国家提出并倡导的新工科工程教育改革方向下培养多元化、创新型工程人才的指导思想,以创新培养为导向,依托校企融合,协同育人,提出了物联网应用人才培养的改革目标、思路和方法,并进行了实践应用,探索研究了适合于应用型本科人才定位的创新复合型物联网人才培养模式。

Under the background of new engineering,the characteristics of Internet of things talents are interdisciplinary and multi field integration,which requires application-oriented undergraduate talents to cultivate wide caliber talents to meet the market de⁃mand.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the training of Internet of things application talents,and then according to the guiding ideology of cultivating diversified and innovative engineering talents under the direction of the new engineering educa⁃tion reform proposed and advocated by the state,with the guidance of innovation training,relying on the integration of schools and enterprises,and collaborative education,puts forward the reform objectives,ideas and methods of the training of Internet of things application talents,and carries out the practice With,this paper explores and studies the innovative and compound talent training mode of Internet of things suitable for the application-oriented undergraduate talent positioning.
