2009-2018年上海市金山卫镇法定传染病疫情分析

Analysis on epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases in Jinshanwei Town of Shanghai from 2009-2018

目的了解2009-2018年上海市金山区金山卫镇法定传染病的发病特点与流行特征,为制定有针对性的防控策略和措施提供参考依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法对2009-2018年上海市金山卫镇法定传染病资料进行分析。结果2009-2018年上海市金山卫镇共报告法定传染病18种3280例,死亡6例,发病率401.23/10万,死亡率0.73/10万。甲类传染病零报告,乙类传染病年均发病率101.65/10万,丙类传染病年均发病率299.58/10万。年均发病率的前5位分别是手足口病、梅毒、其他感染性腹泻、肺结核及流行性腮腺炎。肠道传染为主要的传播途径。男女比例为1.45∶1,发病高峰为5-7月,职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主。结论当前上海市金山卫镇传染病的防控工作重心应以手足口病、梅毒、其他感染性腹泻、肺结核和流行性腮腺炎为主。加强疫情的监测和健康教育,及时发现疫情苗头并迅速进行妥善处理,联防联控,保障公民健康。

Objective To understand the morbidity and epidemic characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Jinshanwei Town of Shanghai from 2009-2018,provide evidence for the development of targeted prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of notifiable infectious diseases in Jinshanwei Town of Shanghai from 2009-2018.Results From 2009-2018,totally 3280 cases of 18 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Jinshanwei Town of Shanghai,including 6 deaths,with an incidence rate of 401.23/lakh and a mortality rate of 0.73/lakh.There was no case of Class A infectious diseases.The average annual incidence rate of Class B and Class C infectious diseases was 101.65/lakh and the 299.58/lakh respectively.The top five infectious diseases were hand,foot and mouth disease,syphilis,other infectious diarrhea,tuberculosis and mumps.Intestinal infection was the main route of transmission.The ratio of male to female was 1.45∶1,and the peak season appeared from May to July.The occupations were mainly scattered children and nursery children.Conclusion At present,the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Jinshanwei Town of Shanghai should focus on hand,foot and mouth disease,syphilis,other infectious diarrhea,tuberculosis and mumps.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and health education of the epidemic,find out the signs of the epidemic as soon as possible and deal with it promptly and properly,work together to prevent and control the epidemic,and ensure the public health.
