固态发酵玉米黄粉饲料工艺的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本研究以玉米黄粉为主要原料,利用制备的种曲为发酵剂进行发酵饲料的制备。为了提高饲料的利用率,以可溶性蛋白含量为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用四因素三水平的正交试验,研究了固态发酵玉米黄粉饲料的工艺条件。结果表明:以所制备的种曲为发酵剂固态发酵玉米黄粉饲料的最优化工艺为:物料比(黄粉:麸皮)7:3,料水比1:1.4,发酵时间108 h,发酵温度33℃,种曲接种量5%。该条件下发酵玉米黄粉饲料中可溶性蛋白含量为13.67%。 The fermented feed were produced by feed seeds with corn gluten meal as main raw material.This study aimed to optimize the fermentation conditions for improved the utilization rate of feed by the combined use of single factor method and orthogonal test of four factors and three levels. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions for corn gluten meal feed were material ratio(corn gluten mea:wheat bran)7:3,water ratio 1:1.4,fermented time 108 h,fermented temperture 33 ℃,inoculum concentration 5%.Under these optimal conditions,the content of soluble protein was 13.67%.
