摘要
内毒素引起的肺间质水肿和休克脱证是感染性疾病重症和危重症的病理基础。肺间质水肿与内毒素引起的白细胞与肺微血管内皮细胞的相互反应(白细胞的滚动、黏附、游出)、炎性因子释放、肺微血管渗出相关。麻杏石甘汤可以改善内毒素引起的肺间质水肿,有可能在治疗新冠肺炎重症中发挥作用。内毒素引起的休克脱证与内毒素引起的全身微血管渗出相关。生脉散制剂的注射用益气复脉(冻干)可以抑制微血管渗出,补气收涩固脱,有可能在新冠肺危重症早期的治疗中发挥作用。
Pulmonary interstitial edema and shock induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)are the pathological basis of severe and critical conditions in infectious disease.Pulmonary interstitial edema is resulted from LPS evoked interaction between leukocytes and pulmonary microvasculature endothelial cells including leukocytes rolling,adhesion and emigration,release of inflammatory factors and microvascular leakage.Ma-Xing-Shi-Gan-Tang is able to improve pulmonary interstitial edema,and thus could potentially be used in combating severe novel coronavirus pneumonia.LPS induced shock is resulted from systematic microvascular leakage.Yiqifumai,the injection form of ShengMaiSan,could alleviate microvascular leakage through tonifying Qi and astringent and thus could potentially be used in the early stage of critical novel coronavirus pneumonia.
