高职扩招背景下高素质农民教育培训现实问题与应对策略

Practical Problems and Coping Strategies of Teaching and Training of High-quality Farmers in the Background of Enrollment Expansion in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职扩招百万以及"百万高素质农民学历提升计划"是党中央和国务院审时度势、高瞻远瞩作出的战略决策,是着眼于我国农村高素质人才短缺严重问题的战略举措。从高职院校视角出发,对高素质农民培育的路径探索与实践过程中出现的主要问题进行深度剖析,然后系统提出了高素质农民教育培训应对策略,为高素质农民培育提供有益参考,助力乡村振兴和农业农村现代化。

It is a strategic decision to expand the enrollment of millions of high-quality farmers in higher vocational education and to carry out“millions of high-quality farmers’education promotion plan”,which is put forward by the Party Central Committee and the State Council of China.At the same time,it is also a strategic measure focusing on the serious problem of shortage of high-quality talents in rural areas.From the perspective of higher vocational colleges,this paper makes a deep analysis of the main problems in the process of exploring and practicing the path of cultivating high-quality farmers,and then systematically puts forward the corresponding strategies for the education and training of high-quality farmers,which can provide a useful reference for the cultivation of high-quality farmers,and help China’s rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.
