摘要
为探究直线振动筛的筛分过程和机理,基于非连续变形分析(DDA)方法,以ZKR-1022型振动筛为原型创建模拟模型,选取合适的模型参数对直线振动筛的筛分过程进行了动力学模拟,研究了筛面倾角、振幅、振动频率和振动方向角等参数对筛分效果的作用规律。结果表明:筛面倾角选取7°~8°,筛面振幅选取4.5 mm^5.0 mm,筛面振动频率选取18 Hz左右,振动方向角选取45°时有良好的筛分效果。通过筛分物料的运动轨迹,从运动学角度分析,展现了三种透筛过程和筛上产物的运动过程,揭示了直线振动筛的筛分过程和机理。
To explore the screening process and mechanism of thelinear vibrating screen,based on the discontinuous deformation analysis(DDA)method,simulation modelsareconstructedwith the ZKR-1022 vibrating screen as the prototype,and appropriate model parameters areselected to conduct dynamicssimulations of the screening process of the linear vibrating screen.The influencing rules of the screen surface inclination angle,vibration amplitude,vibration frequency and vibration direction angle on the screening effect is investigated.Results show that,good screening results can be achievedwith the screen surface inclination angle of 7°~8°,vibration amplitude of 4.5 mm^5.0 mm,vibration frequency around 18 Hz,and vibration direction angle of 45°.Through analysis of the trajectory of the screenedmaterials,three types sieving process and the movement process of the sifting products are discoveredfrom the kinematics point of view,revealing the screening process and mechanism of the linear vibrating screen.
