Experience of PIAO Chunli in Treating Subacute Thyroiditis by Jiedu Tongluo Tiaoying Method

亚急性甲状腺炎是常见的甲状腺疼痛性疾病,发病率逐年攀升。该病有一定的自限性,西药有时效果不理想。中医药方面,朴春丽教授根据该病特点和多年临床经验,审证求因,提出“毒损缨络”为该病的核心病机,临床应用解毒通络调瘿法治疗本病,疗效显著。

Subacute Thyroiditis(SAT)is a common thyroid pain disease,and the incidence of SAT is increasing every year.SAT has a certain degree of self-cure,and Western medicine sometimes is not effective.According to the characteristics of SAT and rich clinical experience,Professor PIAO Chunli examined the cause of the disease and proposed that‘Jiedu Tongluo Tiaoying’is the core pathogenesis of SAT.Jiedu Tongluo Tiaoying method is substantially effective to SAT.
