摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定附子理中丸中6-姜辣素含量的方法.方法 色谱柱为Agilent 588935-902 TC-C18(2)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-乙腈-水(30:25:45)为流动相;检测波长280 nm;柱温25℃.结果 6-姜辣素在0.04-0.30 mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=5706.5x+22.048(r=0.9986);平均加样回收率为99.43%(RSD=1.5%);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均小于2.0%.结论 该方法操作简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好,可用于附子理中丸中6-姜辣素的含量测定.
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 6-gingerol in Fuzi lizhong Pills.Methods An Agilent-C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used with the mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-water(30:25:45)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results 6-Gingerol showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 0.04-0.30 mg/ml,and the regression equation was Y=5706.5 X+22.048(r=0.9986).The average recovery was 99.43%,with RSD of 1.5%.The RSDs of precision,stability,repeatability tests were all less than 2.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,special and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of 6-gingerol in Fuzi lizhong Pills.
