国土空间规划体系下村庄规划转型变革研究--以水环境治理为锲入点

Study on the transformation of village planning under the system of spatial planning of national land——Taking water environment protection and utilization as the starting point

水环境是乡村空间中重要组成部分,对于乡村经济建设有着至关重要的影响。鉴于乡村尚未受到工业化污染的破坏,处于原生态未开发状态,是水环境保护的最佳时机。基于此,对国土空间规划体系下的乡村水环境进行研究,找出有效保护乡村水环境的方法,提出对水资源进行开发利用的有效对策,为乡村水环境的治理工作提供参考。

The water environment is an important part of the rural space and has a crucial impact on rural economic construction.In view of the fact that the countryside has not been damaged by industrial pollution,it is the best time for water environmental protection in the undeveloped state of the original ecology.Based on this,the rural water environment under the spatial planning of national land system is studied to find out the effective ways to protect the rural water environment,and the sufficient countermeasures for the development and utilization of water resources,which provides a reference for the governance of rural water environment.
