课例研究对高中英语教师信念影响的个案研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着《普通高中英语课程标准(2017年版)》的颁布,新一轮的基础教育改革进一步推进,如何促进高中英语教师在课堂中落实新课标的教学理念、培养学生英语学科核心素养已成为外语教育者关注的焦点。本文基于高校和中小学合作项目,采取历时的个案研究方法,探讨课例研究对高中英语教师信念的影响。通过分析访谈、教师反思、教学设计文稿以及课堂观察,发现课例研究有助于转变英语教师的信念,促进其专业发展。 A new round of basic education reform has been further promoted since English Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition)was promulgated.Hence it is necessary for English educators to encourage and lead school teachers to implement the teaching concepts advocated in the new English curriculum standards so as to cultivate students’English core competencies.This study explores the effect of lesson study on senior high school English teachers’beliefs in the context of a university-school cooperation program.Through the analysis of interview scripts,teachers’reflection,instructional design drafts and classroom observation,it reveals that lesson study is helpful to change English teachers’beliefs and promote their professional development.
