Urban Renewal and Its Enlightenment of Bercy in Paris

在开发与运作层面,大型城市更新项目既是经济战略,也是文化战略,涉及城市身份的认同,因此必须重视历史文化的保护与公共空间的再生,促进公共利益,激发公共生活和地区活力。该文针对后工业化社会老仓库码头区的更新与再生,以位于巴黎塞纳河畔的贝西地区为例,介绍了其整体更新的策略,并从设计和实施的过程,探讨了公共空间的更新、居住社区的融合和创造新的经济活动在城市更新项目中互为支撑的作用,推进地区再生计划,促进物质空间和社会结构的整体转型。

At the level of development and operation,large-scale urban renewal projects are both economic strategies and cultural strategies,involving the identification of urban identity.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the protection of historical culture and the regeneration of public space,to promote public interest,and to stimulate public life and regional vitality.By the example of the Bercy area on the Seine River in Paris,we introduce its overall renewal strategy,and discuss the renewal of the public space,the integration of communities and the creation of new economic activities from the design and implementation process,which plays a supporting role in urban renewal projects,so as to impel regional regeneration plans,and to promote the overall transformation of physical space and social structure.
