The rule of law is the best business environment.The basic connotation of the construction of a law-based business environment can be analyzed from three dimensions from its value orientation to logical mechanism and then to implementation patterns.The judicial rule of law is an important supporting factor to the construction of the law-based business environment,which runs through the whole process of optimizing the judicial environment,responding to the existing demand of the law-based business environment effectively and implementing the basic gist of the construction of the law-based business environment.At the same time,the coordination of the construction of the business environment,the popularity of public-private partnership,the innovation of the business system,the effectiveness of remedies as well as the efficiency of market operation have raised new demands for the integrity,synchronization,justice,authority and intelligence of the judicial system.In response to these demands,we need to carry on the ongoing judicial reform,serve and protect the construction of the law-based business environment by improving the mode of judicial coordination,promoting regional cooperation of the judiciary,upholding judicial justice,establishing the judicial activism mechanism and promoting the construction of an intelligent judiciary.In this way,the judiciary can play agreater role in optimizing the business environment.
