摘要 单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(Herpes simplex virus type 1,HSV-1)是人疱疹病毒成员,属于α-疱疹病毒亚科,可引起口唇性疱疹、疱疹性脑膜炎和疱疹性角膜炎等疾病,严重威胁人类健康。gE/gI复合物是HSV-1 gE和gI蛋白相互作用形成的多功能异源二聚体,在HSV-1生命周期的多个环节发挥重要作用。本文总结了gE/gI复合物在HSV-1病毒次级包被和释放、胞间传递及免疫逃逸过程中的功能与机制,旨在为HSV-1的防治和gE/gI复合物的深入研究提供参考。 Herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ(HSV-1)is a member of the α-herpesvirus family. It can cause herpetic meningitis and herpetic keratitis,which threaten human health. The gE/gI complex formed by the gE and gI proteins of HSV-1 is a multifunctional heterodimer which plays important roles in various aspects of the HSV-1 lifecycle. Here,we summarized the functions and mechanisms of gE/gI complex in the secondary envelopment and egress,cell-to-cell spread,and immune escape of HSV-1. In this way,we aimed to provide a reference for prevention of HSV-1 infection and in-depth study of gE/gI complex.
