摘要
风险管控方法有多种,对于消减山岭隧道工程建设风险,现场隐患识别卡(THIC)方法是一种科学、有效的方法。首先介绍THIC方法的概念、实施背景、重点应用领域以及与其他风险管控方法的差异;然后概述了THIC方法内容优化和创新与实施流程;最后通过中亚-中国天然气管道D线塔吉克斯坦境内段1号隧道工程实例应用,验证和证明了THIC方法的应用效果良好,对风险管控、事故预防、提高整体HSE管理水平发挥了重要作用。该方法不仅丰富了风险管控方法,而且在其他高风险行业也具有重要的推广和应用价值。
Among several risk control methods,the Toolbox-meeting Hazard Indentification Card(THIC)method is a scientific and effective method to control the construction risk of the mountain tunnel project.First,this paper introduces the concepts of THIC method,implementation background,key application areas,and differences from other risk control methods.Then,the paper explains the improvement and innovation of the method,and the procedure and steps in using the method.Finally,the paper uses the No.1 tunnel project of the Central Asia-China Natural Gas Pipeline Line D in Tajikistan as practice to verify and prove that the application of the THIC method has achieved good results,and it also plays an important role in risk control,accident prevention,and improvement of HSE management level.The paper not only enriches risk control methods,but also has important promotion and application value in other high potential risk constructions as well.
