摘要 2025年国家要求燃油车实现平均油耗4L/100km的目标,同时测试循环由NEDC测试方法改为WLTC测试法,整车的油耗和排放计算更加严苛。发电机作为内燃机上扭矩需求较大的附件,发电机的效率优化措施对降低油耗及排放会有着明显的效果。本文通过对发电机改用高效二极管,定子绕线和散热等方面优化提升发电机效率。同时,提高发电机效率可作为降低整车油耗解决方案之一。 2025,the government requires combustion vehicle to achieve an average fuel consumption of 4L/100km.At the same time,the test cycle is changed from NEDC to WLTC.So,the fuel consumption and emissions calculation of the whole vehicle is more stringent.As an accessory with large torque demand on the combustion engine,the efficiency optimization measures of the generator have obvious effects on reducing fuel consumption and emissions.This paper optimizes the efficiency of the generator by changing the generator to high-efficiency diodes,stator winding and heat dissipation.At the same time,improving generator efficiency can be used as one of the solutions to reduce vehicle fuel consumption.
