摘要
综述了2012—2019年近8年来电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析技术在矿石矿物中的应用情况。ICP-MS应用主要集中在元素检测、同位素和同位素比值检测等方面;并对现行或即将实施的矿石矿物ICP-MS检测标准进行了介绍。全文共引用文献77篇,各类标准28项。
The application of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)technology in analysis of ore and minerals in the last eight years from 2012 to 2019 was reviewed.The applications are mainly focused on element analysis,isotope and isotope ratio test.Moreover,the current or upcoming standards for the analysis of ore and minerals by ICP-MS are introduced.77 references and 28 items of various standards are totally cited.
